Quick Start
ChemAgent is distributed through licensed deployment. Once an authorized environment is available, start with a narrow engineering objective and a workspace whose inputs and responsibilities are explicit.
Your first session
- 1Create or select a workspace
Name the unit, objective, and project phase rather than using a generic title.
- 2Add authorized material
Load the current design basis, feed definition, specifications, and governing guidance.
- 3Select the mode
Use Knowledge for evidence, Build for simulation work, or Auto for reviewed multi-step execution.
- 4State the deliverable
Specify units, constraints, property-method expectations, and decisions reserved for engineers.
- 5Review the result
Confirm evidence, assumptions, calculation outputs, and simulator state before downstream use.
A good first task
Example: Review the current depropanizer design basis, identify missing inputs, and produce a traceable checklist before any optimization or Aspen work begins.
Product access
Installation media, credentials, endpoints, and license material are delivered through the authorized ChemAgent project channel; they are not published on this website.
